Work closely with contractors to meet schedule and control hard costs
Develop marketing plan and work with brokers to hit target rents and absorption
Develop retail space strategy and execute retail leases

Oversee all impact studies: environmental, wetlands, traffic, storm water, geological.
Assess community support, local government support and work with state agencies.
